Since the mid 1990's Eastleigh Aikido Club have taken part in an annual exchange with the Montivilliers Aikido Club in France. Each year we get together, alternating between France and England, to practice and renew old friendships. As our Aikido styles differ there is always a lot of new and interesting things to try which strengthens our collective Aikido even more. In addition to the Aikido training the exchange weekend is always a very social affair with a lot of food and drink consumed to help in the absorbtion process. Even as a beginner you are more than welcome to take part, or even host one of our French friends. It's a great opportunity to practice your French as well!
